This building was once Austin's premier boarding house when built and was converted to an Orthodox Jewish Community Center through careful historical restoration. The program for the building includes a synagogue, kosher-commercial kitchen, student lounge, learning library, office, sleeping quarters for guest and private living quarters for the Rabbi's family.
