Developed in collaboration with AIA Gold Medal winner Antoine Predock, the New Austin City Hall is a four story, copper and stone clad building set between downtown and the park-edge of Ladybird Lake. It holds the offices of several city departments as well as the city council chambers, council member offices, a restaurant and gallery space, a large public lobby and parking for 750 cars underground.
